Need help with Pega Sizing estimate metrics
Hi Team,
We have a Pega BRE application which doesn't have any front end and no users access the application directly.
Our application provides only services for external applications. It is only used for the Pega Skill Based routing logic.
We are filling up the Pega sizing estimate document. We are unable to understand how the below factors effect such kind of a BRE environment.
Question: Is there any document / article which best describes the below metrics?
