Pega 6.3 to Pega 7.1.7 migration - Size of DB2 space estimation

I need to migrate an application from Pega 6.3 to Pega 7.1.7 . Need to estimate size of DB2 space.


Can you please let me know:

Size of Pega 7.x rulebase (GB)= ?

Size of Pega 6.3 rule base (GB)= ?

Hi, I am assuming migration is nothing but an upgrade. I would recommend you use Pre-Upgrade Environment Scanner - https://pdn.pega.com/community/pega-exchange/pre-upgrade-environment-scanner This tool / utility would scan your current DB and check for the space required. Also, it would give an estimate for the upgrade to be performed, just the platform upgrade time.

Thanks Chaitra,

OS list, App Server lists etc drop downs are not populated. And also "Unable to load platform XML Connection timeout: connect" error displayed. Any idea on this error.
