What is the best practice to find Case ID by case-included data?
I need to fetch Case ID with a case-included data in an activity.
Is there OOTB activities or functions?
In this case, the key to be searched is external identifier given by external system.

Hi ,
I could see a OOTB activity named "pxGetCase" is part of "Work-" class which will give the details of the particular work object/case in the clipboard,
you have to provide the information of the work object number/ID at run time, and then it will fetch the results.
