what are steps to create WO via Standard agent
Hi, For learning sake i am trying to create a WO/Case after making use of Queue-For-Agent method from activity "CreateWOCallingAgent3" applies to class "CL:RIL-FW-RILFwApp-Work"
Queue-For-Agent-method is configured to call the agent1 and this agent calls activity which has addwork and commit steps
NOTE:i could seecreation of cases when directly creating "createworkpage" and calling addwork and commit insubsequent steps within thesameactivity, butnot ableto generate case using the queue-for-agent-method ...though system gets the qued message afterfirst try themessage goes to broken queue

You could call svcAddWorkObject in your agent activity. It will have the createWorkPage, addWork, and commit steps.

Hi,
I have a similar requirement, I need to send loan number and create cases. I am doing it in 8.3.2 version. Now my question is while calling the method Queue for Processing, I need to pass a key, but I am looping in a pagelist and calling Queue for Processing method and I do not have any key.
In that case how do I queue without a key, also as given in screenshot I cannot create a workpage before hand because there are certain validations I need to run before creating a case. How do I proceed with this.
