Welcome Message when Chat Bot is launch

Hi team,

Can i implement a welcome message(where i can show list of webchat functionalities) as soon as webchat portal is launched?

i was able to send a response when user prompts with hi/hello.

but i need to show the message without any user action and as soon as webchat window gets opened?

Hi,

this is something we would like to have but unfortunately this is not supported now using OOTB functionality. It is also quite hard to implement it using MCP (multichannel case processor framework) extension points as UI isn't prepared to display OUTBOUND message without inbound.
