Web Page Control is matching

Hi Pega Support,

We have a existing RPA application running on Robotic 1080 version in Windows7 system. We are planning to upgrade the Robotics version to 2012. Existing web control is not matching in v2012.

But with the same version v2012(SP1) in Windows10 platform web controls are matching perfectly as it does in 1080.

Is this a issue with SP1(2012) package with Windows 7 platform. Or some configuration need to be change while migrate to v2012.

Without getting hands on with your particular application, I can't really offer any suggestions. I would suggest that you open an SR with support and get some support who can look at your specific application. While uncommon, it is possible that product changes between 1080 (released in February of 2018) and 2012 (released in late November of 2018) were introduced that affected your particular application. If you do open an SR, please report the number here so that your resolution can be tracked and shared if applicable to the community.
