Not matching web page controls at runtime but at design time
I am experiencing an issue where certain controls on a SharePoint site are matched at design time but when it comes to matching at runtime, the rules are failing. I've added pauses and Wait for Create methods but nothing is working. Browser is Edge.
Not sure if this is related to the problem.
ModuleNameMatchRule failed for target D3D10Warp.dll - Mode: Simple, Value: Simple|True|(User Culture)|ole32.dll, Target Value: D3D10Warp.dll

@ScottC37 I don't believe that message is relevant. I would investigate the matching in the RuntimeLog.
- Enable the FilePublisher.
- Set All Categories to Verbose (logLevel = 4 if editing the RuntimeConfig.xml).
- Navigate to your pages in question.
- Filter the log to only include lines that contain a "|" (pipe character), followed by a space, followed by the name of your adapter; | Adapter name
- You can further divide these by searching for | Control Name (where Control Name is the name of a control within your adapter).
- Start by looking for the parent control and working down the hierarchy to determine at what level your control(s) does not match.
- You should see messages concerning attempts to match the control against all of the candidates. Many of these will be expected failures since not every control matches against the first control in the hierarchy, but you can examine these to see if there is a particular control you believe to be the one we should match against. You'll see why the match failed.
