Web Adapter Interrogations not matched in different machines
Hi everyone,
We have an web adapter with pages and controls interrogated. When we go to another machine and interrogate the same control on the web page, the adapter returns the control like a window adapter (instead of page + control). Situation is similar to this post:
For sure this is not a match rule issue, somehow, a machine picks up the webpage controls like windows adapter controls. This behaves differently among machines with the same code. Anyone has any idea to fix this?

What operating system is the different machine? It could be a hooking/injection issue and in that case, you should try upgrading to the latest version which addresses many of those issues.

Hi Mitchell,
Thank you for your reply. What we observed is that that particular machine (Windows 7) is unable to interrogate any web applications (all returned as Windows app controls). We tried upgrade/downgrade and situation did not improved.
We tried the same sites in other Windows 7 machines and interrogation works fine. Do you have any other suggestion?

What version of Pega Robotics are you on and which version had you tried upgrading to?
If it continues, I suggest opening a support ticket and make sure to include that detail and your environment details with the exact windows build version. Support may be able to have a WebEx to do some local investigation to identify the hooking problem.
