Universal Web Adapter Interrogation Error

Hi,

I am unable to interrogate the universal web adapter Google Chrome.when I start the adapter first time, it opens the web page . but bull's eye is not coming.

second time when I start the adapter, I am getting the error "Adapter already registered". attched the error screenshot. please inform me how we can solve it .. Thank you ...

Have you enabled the chrome extension and make sure that the chrome interaction framework was installed with Pega Robotics?

Additionally, if the above posts don't help, you can check out the post linked below. It is related to Firefox but you can just imagine everywhere I say "FireFox", just replace with "Chrome". The debugging steps would be the same.
