Universal Web adapter is throwing exception while interrogating

Hi,

I am trying to interrogate google page /chrome and first time it open perfectly but not able to interrogate. I am getting exception when I tried to interrogate it further. The exception is "adapter universal webapplication1 already registered". I am using version 8.0.2014.0 version of Pega studio.Any help would be highly appreciable.
