We are not sure about this Party -- WorkGroupManager

We are creating Cases.

While creating cases, we are getting a Error as "PartyID is a mandatory field" for some cases creation. (Not all cases).

When we trace the issue, I can see it fails in a Validate Rule "Validate" of class "Data-Party".

This causes for a Party Group called "WorkGroupManager".

We are not sure, why it causes the Issue for this one Party Group.

Please check this and let me know, if you have any idea on this issue.

Please check if any 'Validation' is set for the case during creation.  

Also please attach the screenshot of the error and tracer log.

Have you checked what are the parties listed under your cases ?

Generally pyCaseManagementDefault is used to define the party for case. So check this and see whether there is any misconfiguration or not.
