Wait shape is not showing in the Screenflow? Any alternative approach?
Hi,
I need to add a "Wait" shape for one of our existing process flows but I don't see this shape in the list of Smart Shapes section under Diagram tab. Is there anyway I can get this thing done or any alternative approach? Attached screenshot.

Thank you Evita for the help. I also did similar to this by adding an utility in my screenflow and from there I called the standard flow with Wait shape and my logic. Here is the screenshot for your info. So far so good for me to proceed with this alternative approach. Anyways, we both are on the same page and our ideas are coincided at the end :) :)

Hi Ravi,
A Screenflow contains a start shape that is configured with routing options, and therefore sends all assignments to a single user. Due to which the Wait Shape is not present for a screenflow as the assignment is to be performed by a single user only. Not all shapes are supported in a screen flow.

Thank you Elvita for the reply. Our current app is using the case type and is designed a screenflow. In this flow, we need to fill all the steps to resolve the case. But we need to add a wait shape in the last stage(assignment) of the screenflow to build a logic for Docusign integration with 24 hrs wait time for getting the signature process from the customer. Is there any alternative approach to fulfil this requirement?

HI Ravi,
Since you require the Wait shape at the last stage, I suggest you to add the Wait utility in the life cycle of the case. I have attached the document on how to implement this. Do let us know if it helps.
