As a temporary workaround, we need to install the offline Update3 package to move forward with the installation. To get the offline package and steps to install, we request you to raise an incident with Pega Support Team.
I'm unable to raise a request to support team as I didn't find any add/new request option in that portal. If possible please help me with Update 3 Software link or is there any possibility to get software/raise a ticket on behalf.
And after clicking on the above My Support Portal link the response is " Page Not Found - This content has been removed" as shown in the attachment
