Visual Studio 2015 update 3 issue for Pega Robotics Studio 19.X version installation on Windows 10
Hi ,
I'm facing the issue of Visual Studio 2015 update 3 while installing the Pega Robotics studio 19.X in Windows 10.
please help me on this..

This is a known issue observed recently in Pega Robotics Installation as the installer(Update3 package .exe) file was removed from the MS server location.
This is a known issue observed recently in Pega Robotics Installation as the installer(Update3 package .exe) file was removed from the MS server location.
- Microsoft retired the SHA-1-signed content (more reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/announcements/sha-1-signed-content-retired ).
- And on April 26, 2021, Visual Studio 2015 and older web installer files were removed from the Microsoft Download Center. As a temporary workaround, we need to install the offline Update3 package to move forward with the installation. To get the offline package and steps to install, we request you to raise an incident with Pega Support Team.
You can raise a support incident by logging into My Support Portal.

I'm unable to raise a request to support team as I didn't find any add/new request option in that portal. If possible please help me with Update 3 Software link or is there any possibility to get software/raise a ticket on behalf.
And after clicking on the above My Support Portal link the response is " Page Not Found - This content has been removed" as shown in the attachment
please guide me on this..
