Visibility condition on 'pyupdatecasedetails' preventing PegaAPI to update case.
Hello,
As per requirement to update case via Pega API, I added pyUpdateCaseDetails to pyDefault under Case wide actions.
My purpose is to not display the local action under the Action' button when the case is opened on the UI, for that, I added visibility condition When to Never for this local action but this is not working and preventing Pega API to update the case unless this is changed to Always.
Please let me know if you have an idea to keep pyUpdateCaseDetails in Case wide actions yet it is not visible under actions menu?

I don't think so Visibility conditions Always, Never and When rule will fulfill this requirement. May be you need to Customize the pyWorkActionsPopulatePerform Activity / pyWorkActionsPerform Navigation rule into your work class by adding the logic to remove / hide the specific local action from the pyLocalActionsList page list property.
So that it does not display under Actions button but it is still associate with the assignment so that by using Pega API you can still update the case.
