Video not working in portal and academy

Video not working an portal and Pega Academy.

My steps:

  • Clear cache
  • Checked in multiple browsers(IE, EDGE, Opera, Chrome, Firefox - latest updates)
  • Checked on several computers and mobile devices
  • Checked on several different networks
  • Checked Flash Player (latest updates)
  • Checked the browser console and saw some errors

ReferenceError: "CKEDITOR is not defined" in 2 browser (Firefox and EDGE)

Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://players.brightcove.net/1519050010001/BkZguY7OZG_default/index.min.js”. - All browser

Can you help in this problem?
