Videos in the course are not working
Videos are not working in the course. Could you please guide how to fix this issue. Sometime back it was loading properly and then now from past 2 hours its not working.

Hi,
This happen sometime, could you please try clearing cache and re-login again and try!
If not resolved, try to restart your system and try again.
Hope that will resolve your problem.

I have tried clearing cache and re-login but that didn't helped. Even restart of the system doesn't help sometimes. I have observed that it only works first time when you login in freshly and once screen refresh or you resume after sometime, videos goes off.

• Log out of all pega sessions
• Close all browser tabs
• Clear complete browser cache
• Restart browser and retry
• If issue persist try incognito mode
• If issue persist try a different browser
Maybe it is network related. Try to play the videos while connected to a different network.
