Hello all,

For my project, I need the follwoing vendor information on Pega:

- Perso/point of contact for support

- Contact number or email

- Contractual response

- Onsite Times

Hi Louis,

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but I think you're asking how support at Pega works, who you can contact, etc?

I would start here, and explore these links in the side bar. But focus on the support handbook. It will have a lot of information you are seeking, SLA, rules of engagement, etc.
