Information on pega upgrade

Hi All,

Currently, there is a plan for upgrade to latest version from pega 7.1.7/7.2.

Would like to know about the upgrade process/steps.

Pega provides the Upgrades guides with the steps :

If you are going to use Cloud, then you may need to raise the request to Support team.
