Value Finder not showing results for Inbound Channels
Hi,
We are using Pega CDH 8.23.0. I am trying to use Value Finder.
We have NBAD configured in our application. Trying to test NBAD with Value Finder. I am running a Value Finder Simulation for a paricular Issue and Group for Web channel using a data set simulation.
Value Finder is not showing results for Web. But for the same simulation audience, issue,group it shows results for Outbound channel eg. Email.
The below points are validated
- ADM models (Web_Click_Through_Rate and OmniAdaptiveModel) are mature enough for the web channel. It has around 5000+ responses
- And there is no engagement policy configured in the NBA Designer for that Issue,group which I am testing. All the default criteria is true. So there are no chances that engagement policy is stopping the offer.
- All the actions in that issue group has the web treatments enabled.
Is there any configuration I have to do to enable the Inbound channel? I tried to test the same issue group for a different inbound channel Retail. Same issue persists.
Kindly provide some suggestions to fix this issue. Attaching the screenshot of Web and Email channel results
