Using Graph API for inbound email integration
Is there any implementation guide available for the Graph API feature in inbound email . What kind of permissions are needed for reading the emails from the exchange mailbox ?
Please share the detailed documentation, if anyone has successfully implemented this .

Pega supports Graph API in email account receiver settings. This can be selected for Microsoft Office 365 email accounts.
An authentication profile needs to be set up with the below details. All these will be provided by Office 365
Note: The settings will vary for different Grant Type.
- Client identifier
- Client secret
- Scope (https://graph.microsoft.com/.default)
- Access token endpoint
- Grant Type = Client Credentials
- OAuth 2.0 Provider = Custom
- Authentication scheme = Client Secret
You will need to work with the Office 365 IT team to enable the read/write privilege for your Pega application. Write privilege is needed to post the read receipt on the mailbox
