User pages are removed on click on link in pega 7.3.1
Hi,
We recently migrated from 6.1 SP2 to prpc 7.3.1. We have multiple tabs in portal. While navigating through these menu links, custom pages under user pages are getting cleared. Custome page is required for entire session of requestor. We observed that doUiAction activity clearing all the user pages except pyWorkPage. We are thinking of data page but it seems to be perfomance impact as this custom page is referred in thousands of rules and is required for all functionalities in application.
Please suggest if we have any option not to clear the custom page and this custom page should be editable only.

Hello Naveen,
I suspect there could be an (custom) activity that deletes the custom pages. Could you verify this from the tracer. Or from the tracer, you are only seeing only doUiAction activity performing the deletion of user pages except pyWorkpage. If yes, is doUIAction customized or if of out of the box?
Also, what is the value of pyAllowDoUIAllow when rule?

Hi Rincy,
doUiAction is OOTB final rule. In pega 7.3.1, a step is added to clear all of the user pages (Which is not there in 6.1 version). pyAllowDoUIAllow is true always.
