User Interface: Case Study CSS Solution

The Uplusscreenflow.css provided in the solution mentions the css selector as UPlusTabs. Can anybody explain how UPlusTabs comes into picture - where else has it been referenced?

Can you please tell us which course and lesson this is in reference to ? There is no css file included in the solution for the LSA 7.1 User Interface case study.
