User Activities

Hi All,

I have a requirement in which I need Log User Actions, such as which Work Object the user viewed and some more details.
Primarily I need to log the details every time a user views a work object irrespective of any actions (changes were made by the user or the case was just viewed and even when user opens the work object in Read only mode).

I can write an custom activity and achieve this but I want to know if we have a custom table where Pega maintains the log for my requirement.

Hello, 

I don't think we have an Out-Of-The-Box table to present who were viewing a case. But yes you can do it yourself with a custom activity.

Even I thought of the same. I have checked almost all the Pega tables from PgAdmin 4 and none of them have data similar to what I am looking for.
