Required to know that how many users are actively using the application from database means is there any column which identifies the user is active in PEGARULES data base

Thanks for the update!

Required to know the active users  who are using the application(from last one year like that) from PR_OPERATORS table in PEGARULES database means is there any column in that table which identifies the active users.
