URGENT PLS : Unable to interrogate child application

Hi

I am trying to automate an application. The users launch this application using a batch file, script for which is as below

C:\Windows\CCM\VAppLauncher.exe /launch "Moxie Proprietary information hidden"

This then launches the application called 'Moxie' which I an trying to automate. The application 'Moxie' does not sit on my local machine.

When I try to create an adapter and hook this (Moxie) as a child application, I am not able to interrogate. The batch file is successful in launching the Moxie application but the bulls eye is not able to interrogate it.

Has anyone faced this issue before or know the resolution?

To interrogate any Windows application that should be running on the same box as Pega Robotics has to be injected the native code before creating any controls. In your case it might be treated as a remote application which is not supported.
