Unable to interrogate an application
Hi,
I'm working on Pega robotics studio 8.0 version exercise system from the course.
I'm unable to interrogate the default CPM application provided with the exercise system.
Pega Robotics Studio version : 8.04
Operating System : Windows 10
Can anyone help me on this issue.

This is likely an issue with your version of Windows 10 OS. There is currently a known interrogation issue with Windows 10 build 1703 (How to check your build version of Windows 10). We are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, you can resolve this issue by doing uninstalling the Windows update that installed the Windows Creators update on your machine (check the Microsoft website for more information on this update). We also suspect that if you install to the most current Windows updates (so that your version will be higher than 1703) your issue may be resolved, however, this has not been definitively confirmed and should be treated as a test.

Any updates on the fix available for Windows 10 build 1703?
I have the same issue and windows 10 latest build is 1703. I can't recover old build 1607 because as of the Microsoft:
"The Creators Update (Version 1703) and its predecessor the “Anniversary Update” (Version 1607) only gives you 10 days to go back to your previous versions of Windows. Earlier versions of Windows 10 gave you 30 days in which to recover/rollback."

The fix for this issue is still being finalized. This SR will be updated once the release has come out that resolves this issue. In the meantime, I recommend using a VM to do your learning to circumvent this issue.

I do not have a link to provide. You could try using VMWare Workstation Pro or VirtualBox or any other preferred VM software that you have access to.

How do I check the SR for updates regarding the fix for Pega Robotics Studio 8.0 running on Windows 10 build 1703? Should I wait another 2 weeks for Windows 10 build 1709 to be released before resuming the course? Will Pega Robotics studio be able to interrogate applications when running on Windows 10 build 1709?

Please also try disabling the Anti Virus. Had issues starting both Windows and Web interrogation and they started working as soon as I disabled the Anti-virus. I am using build 1709
