unable to interrogate the default CRM application

Hi,

I'm working on Pega robotics studio 8.0 version exercise system from the course.

I'm unable to interrogate the default CRM application provided with the exercise system.

Pega Robotics Studio version : 8.04

Operating System : Windows 10 build version: 1903

Can anyone help me on this issue.
