Unable to interrogate the application

I am trying to interrogate the windows application

I have given the value to below property

Path

Target

and I have changed the property of start Method from Start to Start and Wait method.

I got the below message when try to click on Start Interrogation button

"An error occurred while setting up shared memory with service 'OpenSpan Services'. Verify that the service is running"

Can you please check and advice on this.

Hi,

This configuration Path & TargetPath with StartAndWait as StartMehod requires to have installed OpenSpan.Services. This component is installed as a part of studio installation, so make sure that you checked it as it can be seen in the image. If not, you should uninstall and reinstall Studio.
