Upgrade Tivoli Directory Server 6.1 to 6.3

Has anyone experience of upgrading Tivoli Directory Server from 6.1 to 6.3?

We currently use 6.1 to control access to PRPC 6.3 SP1, and are looking to upgrade to version 6.3.

Is there any configuration work required on the Pega side?
