Upgrade List views and Summary Views to Report Definitions

Hi Dears,

I want to convert List views to Report definition automatically, I read some ware that by using utility provided named as "Upgrade List views and Summary views to Report Definition" which is under ECS Upgrade utilities.

But could you please let us know how to use this feature and how to convert all the list views to report definition at a time. Is that possible?
