Upgrade Assessment Tools for Major Version Upgrade

Beyond the Upgrade Estimator Tool and the Major Upgrade Checklist, are there any additional tools or processes that should be run in order to give the client the most thorough impact assessment of running a major version upgrade for an On-Prem application? The upgrade in question would be from 7.4 to 8.5.
