Updating case details from Pega Robot
Is there a way that we can update an existing case (few fields) in Pega from Pega robot ? I am looking for the trigger to be from Pega Robot for updating a field in Pega Case.
We can see that in toolbox under Pega Robot Interaction Management "Case" component which has AddCase method, I believe it is used to create a new case and not update and existing case.
Please let me know what are the options that we can look for.
