unlock a case
it is possible to unlock a case that is being used by another user. I already tried with Page-Unlock, Obj-Refresh-And-Lock, WorkUnlock and ReleaseLock but I get this error:
Cannot obtain a lock...........already has the lock

Are you trying to open a case which is already opened by another user within the lock timeout value(default is 30 minutes)? You can check this setting in case type where you can define the time out value(under locking settings). Try editing the time out value according to your requirement and let us know if that helped.

Try selecting the option"Allow Multiple users" in Access strategy. Let me know if that helps.

@AlexisJonathanH6481 If the case can be accessed by multiple users at the same time then use optimistic locking (Allow multiple users) instead of default locking in the case designer settings tab.

You can invoke WorkUnlock activity with pyWorkPage as the step page.
