Hi Team,

We are getting the exception in logs and we are not able to access the application for specific node in production

"Unhandled exception executing JSP: Could not initialize class com.pega.pegarules.pub.util.PRHtmlFilter"

PFA logfiles for the same.

After reviewing the associated Support Request, it appears that this was resolved when the faulty node was restarted. It loaded all the jar files and this was resolved.

Please confirm if this resolved this for you @SREENIVASKALALI
