Unable to see records & create views for a Data Type in Pega Infinity (8.1)
I have created a data type and manually added few records to it.
When i am trying to see the records in records tab, no records are being displayed. If i try to fetch the results using a Data Page or a Report Definition, i can see the records.
Also, the create view functionality isn't working. The section for create view gets displayed but if i click on any of the links or buttons, it does not work. When i tried running tracer to check the events on click, nothing is shown in the tracer.
Has anybody of you faced similar issue in Pega Infinity (Pega 8.1) ?

Hi Radhika, Attached document has steps to configure and verify data type. Make sure you have configured them correctly and hope the steps described helps!

Hi Chithra,
I have already done these configurations (the ones that you have mentioned in the document).
My issue is, even after the records are added to the Data Type, in the Records Tab I do not see any records. If i try to query the data type using a RD or any other rule, i am able to get the records in the result.

Hi Radhika, I am missing few information as to how you have configured your dropdown with datapage and how the datapage is configured with regards to the reference data. The issue I am seeing is that the referencedata you have created has probably different fields than the dropdown. I am not able to understand how different data objects are connected.
