Unable to see options in tracer - Pega 8.2

We have recently upgraded out application from Pega 7.3 to Pega 8.2. But when developer launch tracer, all options on tracer header apart from save are invisible. Screenshot is attached. Has anyone faced same issue?

Hi Marc,

We got the issue and fix. Actually some of the users changed Tracemain HTML in private checked out for one issue version 7.2. Only those developer who was having the rule checked out faced this issue.

After upgrade, on discarding the checked out rule , everything is working fine now.

Hi all,

we were facing the same issue since Pega 7 version and we locally fixed it privating-edit TraceMain HTML.

But after upgrading to Pega 8 Version, we are unable to find this rule HTML TraceMain in the application.

 

Any solution for that?
