Unable to see flow process outline
Hi,
I am practicing 'System Architect Essentials 7.1' course using a VM (provided in the course). I am not able to see flows on click of 'Configure process detail' from case designer. I am able to see only "Actions, Routing, SLA " and other stuff. Attached screenshot below.
Please resolve my query.

To see the flow:
Click on the 
drop down icon on the step>Click Open. Please find below screen shot for your reference.

You can navigate to App-><Your Case Name>->Process->Flow-><Your Flow Name>.
