Onclick of Case types, no content is displayed.

This issue may happen on chrome, if you are using touchscreen.

Try following steps to disable touch events in Chrome and retry the menus:

  • Open Chrome and type chrome://flags/ in the address bar to search for experimental features.
  • Search for Enable resampling input events and click on Enable touch events > Disabled.
  • If you do not find Enable resampling input events flag, search for Touch UI Layout and disable that.
  • If you do not find Touch UI Layout search for Touch Events API and disable that.

The touch event flag may depend upon your chrome version. Restart chrome and retry.
