Unable to retrieve Facebook Posts through dataset

Hi, We have created a facebook developer account and have configured a dataset for retrieving the facebook posts and direct messages with all the required details.

Upon testing, the connection seems successful but we are unable to capture the posts. Instead, we are able to retrieve the direct messages to the specified account.

Can anyone please help us on the above issue.

@DivyatejaV7165 It sounds like you have connected to your Facebook page using the previous connection method.  The Facebook channel is now available to clients using the Digital Messaging service that part of the Digital Customer Engagement (Pega CS DCE) product.  Once your Facebook page is authorized in digital messaging, you will be able to receive posts, comments and direct messages.
