Unable to reset CSSA Practice Exam (7.1)

Hello,

I am trying to reset the CSSA Practice Exam (7.1) via the Options | Reset Quizzes and after clicking the "Reset Quizzes" button in the pop-up window, the quiz is still not reset. I have tried re-setting the quiz via Chrome and Internet Explorer. What can I do?

Following the steps above resets the questions as expected;  It does not reset the overall progress or of the steps as I thought it would.
