Unable to record any steps when using Pega Recording Feature

Hi I just tried to used this feature and is not recording any steps. I start the session, click in start recording button (the red indicator was flashing); follow all the required steps for my solution and when click stop it says 0 steps added. I tried with a web app and also with SAP... same result for both. Any help is much appreciate

Recording option is available but nobody using this feature. It is not recommended feature.
