Pega Robotic features

Hello,

Is there any out-of-the-box support for OCR and machine learning ? If not, is it possible to integrate Robotic automation with some external service, ABBYY for example?

Is it possible to establish JDBC connection from an automation ?

Is it possible to automate legacy console application ?

There is no OCR & PDF support provided in Openspan  as of now, might be included in next  version ,I guess it is possible with third party tools like MODI or ABBY, automating console based applications might be  possible through Text Adapters in similar way automate emulators like Mainframe ,Unix Apps.
