Unable to override custom control on property in UI
I have a property which is defined with a custom control due to business needs, similar to SSN to update it with a - in between. I am using the same property in hierarchy and trying to use Autocomplete control on Section property definition, In preview this works perfectly but in run time the property doesnt show up at all.
UI mark up stops after div and doesnt generate for this property with custom control .
Analysis:
No withdrawn/blocked properties with same name in application,
No errors on tracer ,logs or clipboard
UI markup is not generated with <input type= ...>
Any help on this would be appreciated. I have a work around of creating a new property but want to have the same name atleast to have a ease on reporting.

Hi, Your work around would be a better option since having a separate property serves its own job even though it points to the same custom control beneath.
