Custom control not displaying the property value

Hi,

We are using custom control for rich text editor and the value entered is posted on to clipboard but is not displayed after screen refresh.

I've attached the script, any help in resolving this is appreciated.

Please Note: The reason we wanted to use custom CK editor is to make it work in mobile offline.
