Unable to open PDF file after converting it from HTML

Hi All,

I am trying to covert one HTML file into PDF file. I am using HTMLToPDF activity. In a Test activity we have called pyAttachAsPDF activity. In pyAttachAsPDF activity HTMLToPDF is getting called. After creating a case we can see that the file is getting converted into .pdf file. But when we are trying to open that file we are getting this message: "Unable to open the attachment. You lack the required permissions.".

Can anyone has any solution on this?
