Unable to Open PDC

When I am trying to login PDC not able to open showing error. But already provided access to my registered email ID. Still not able to open PDC

Please could you follow the instructions given on the PDC Landing page listed on our PSC portal?

You need to use the MSP to open support tickets.

If you do not have the correct access to our My Support Portal, please familiarise yourself with the procedures.  You can search our Support Docs.

How to get support

Administering Support Accounts

Please have your Pega Account Administrator grant you the relevant access to log support tickets.
