Unable to open operator record present in application; "The Operation completed Successfully, but returned no content"
Hi Team,
we have similar issue, unable to open any operator record present in application. On clicking any operator record(Designer Studio-->Organizations-->Operators) , we are receiving "The Operation completed Successfully, but returned no content" message. Unable to create/modify/delete existing operator record. we have also mapped correct operator ID in Manager Field of WorkGroup rule. Can you please help us to solve this issue ASAP.

Hi Arvind,
Yesterday one whole day we had this issue and still facing the same. When we did a trace out for the issue, we found like pzHarnessID was not generated for "Data-Admin-Operator-ID.RuleForm" Instance.
Admin ID it is working as expected.
On click of any operator profile, a new tab with below section detail is displayed.
Status: good
Message: The Operation completed Successfully, but returned no content
Operator ID: XXX
Requestor ID: H369XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Timestamp: Wed Feb 06 10:11:03 XXX 2019

It seems, rule is corrupted. Can you create custom operator by save-as admin operator ( which is working fine) and configure this with customer access groups etc?
