Unable to open Object Explorer in OpenSpan
I am getting below Exception on opening OpenSpan
Could not get reference to Microsoft.VisulaStudio.Shell.Interop.SVsTaskList.

Hi,
Try reboot your system then Open services.msc from run cmd.
On the services console search for "OpenSpan Driver Services" and "OpenSpan Services" just stop and start these services. It should fix the issue

Unfortunately, we did not hear back if there was an SR created as was recommended above. At this point, we'd recommend that you create a new post so that the investigation could restart.
