"unable to open IE11 using openspan for windows 10"

Hi Team,

I am unable to open IE11 using openspan, when i am trying to open, the window opened but browser is not opening

Hello gaudab86,

Please provide the following information:

1. Version of Robotic Studio (Openspan) that you are using.

2. Version of Windows Installed. You can find this by entering 'winver' in the command prompt.

 

Please be aware that Antivirus/Firewall software can sometimes cause issues similar to this issue. Is it possible to temporarily disable you Antivirus/Firewall software so that you can test?
