Unable to open CSSA learning exercises

Hi Team,

I am unable to open my cssa exercises and I have my exam scheduled in few days please resolve this issue as whenever I am trying to login I am getting the unauthentication error as shown in the image attachment

It appears you may have encountered an error loading the dashboard that is now persisting due to caching. 

 

Please complete the following steps to see if it resolves your issue…

- Log out of current Academy sessions

- Close all active browser tabs/windows

- Completely clear browser cache and cookies

- Restart browser and retry

- If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again (this only works if you don’t have the same error in the other browsers).

 

Performing the last step in either Incognito or in a totally different browser should produce the right result.
